One of the UK's most respected and sought-after vocal coaches, Andy Follin is located just 15 miles from Liverpool city centre. As the only Certified Master Teacher (CMT) of Estill Voice Training™ (EVT) working in the North of England, Andy is bringing this revolutionary singing technique to singers in the Liverpool area for the first time. Before now, students had to travel to London to receive such high-class vocal coaching.
Singing lessons with Andy will give you complete control over your voice, allowing you to sing in any style, in any repertoire, all with complete skill, understanding and control.
Whether you sing Musicals, Opera, Pop, Rock, Jazz, Gospel or even Worship, Andy will give you the knowledge of how your voice works, and how to apply it to each unique style.
Andy's main teaching base is a modern, custom-built studio in Alexandra Business Park on the outskirts of St Helens. Overlooking the landscaped gardens and fountains, the studio is light, airy and spacious. It is totally soundproofed and fully equipped to record your lessons.
Formerly Pilkingtons head office, this grade 2-listed building is possibly the most iconic in the North West of England.
On-site facilities include secure parking and reception, a cafe and restaurant, so you can relax in comfort before or after your lesson. The studio is on the ground floor and fully-accessible from the car park.

The Vocal Skills studio is situated on the main A58 from Liverpool to St Helens.
If you're driving, it's easily accessible from Liverpool via the M62, M57 and A580. A manned, secure car park is available to Vocal Skills students.
If you're travelling by bus from Liverpool, the studio is on the main bus routes between Liverpool and St Helens. From Liverpool city centre, the 10 and 10A run from Queen Square via Page Moss, Huyton, Rainhill and Prescot. Buses such as the 89 and 89A run from John Lennon Airport to St Helens via Garston, Woolton and Huyton. All buses stop opposite Aexandra Business Park.
If you come by train, Thatto Heath station is just over half a mile away. Services run to Thatto Heath from Liverpool Lime Street every 30 minutes and the journey takes just 25 minutes.
Lessons are available for 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 1 hour.

To book a session with Andy, you need to put down a deposit of £25. This is to cover the studio costs in case of late cancellation.
The £25 will be deducted from the first lesson fee.

Please note: Students must give a minimum of 48 hours' notice should they need cancel a lesson. Giving less than 48 hours' notice will mean the full cost of that lesson will be charged. Additionally, if a student forgets a scheduled lesson or is late (regardless of reason, including illness) the full cost of the lesson will still be charged.
